Now a veteran of the club I have the dubious record of playing in 7 cup finals, three of them first team cup finals, and being on the losing side each time, captains beware!! Over a playing career spanning over 28 years I have always considered myself an over rated bowler but an under rated batsman!! However with best bowling of 7 for 16 at Cleethorpes and a top score of 54 I guess I could be wrong about that!! Despite what was put in the Target about teggy being the groundsman I now consider myself the man that the clubs bowlers are growing to hate more and more due to the fact that year on year the tracks are getting flater and the outfield quicker, Sorry about that boys!!!
