Play Cricket

Afternoon All,

Please see a message below from Lincolnshire Cricket. They have organised training for those who may want to help with scoring of junior/senior games, and for our captains and administrators who will need to use the Play Cricket System.

If you are interested in becoming a scorer please let a member of the Committee know.

We have organised with the ECB Play-Cricket experts two online tutorials that will be delivered later this month. The details of which are as follows: Admin Training - Wednesday 17th March, 7pm-8.30pm This tutorial includes - A tour of the front facing site General set-up (club contacts, homepage) Member database training (adding & modifying members/admins) Pre-match set-up (teams & fixtures) Q&A http://bit.ly/3sLKs4R Scorer Training - Wednesday 24th March, 7pm-8.30pm This tutorial includes - Entering results into Play-Cricket Using PCSP (laptop scorer) Using PCS (phone & tablet) The benefits of digital scoring http://bit.ly/3kE6bZn Please pass this information onto EVERYONE at your club. These tutorials will be suitable for all your club administrators, but also all your club's players, coaches & managers. Whilst using Play-Cricket decreases the workload for volunteers, the more captains, youth coaches, managers, players & scorers who are capable of using Play-Cricket and all of its functions, the better for the workload distribution & player engagement across the county.

It is not necessary to register for these tutorials. Simply click the links above on the relevant dates and times to access them. They will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. We look forward to seeing lots of people who are involved in cricket around Lincolnshire on these tutorials later in the month.
